Every product carries its own printed firing instructions, and its own safety identification. Those come first — before this page, before anything we tell you.

Choose the ground
Flat, firm, clear overhead. Spectators well back and upwind. Nothing is fired from the hand unless it is a handheld product made to be held.

Running several cakes as one sequence is exactly what the films below are for — one method per brand, filmed end to end.

Light it, then walk away
One item at a time, and never return to a product that fails to fire. Follow the local regulations that apply where you are firing.
